Important Notice:
Please note that the all inclusive status at our Bars is valid from 10:00 - 23:00. Orders are limited to two drinks per person per order. After this, extra charges apply for drinks. For a better service you are only entitled to a maximum of two beverages per person per order. No Alcohol will be served to minors under the age of 18.

Air Conditioning
The Air Conditioning unit in your room can operate from the remote control in your room. Each apartment has its own independent unit. Please make sure that ALL windows and doors are closed. The use of the air conditioner is free of charge.
Animals on the premises.
Some strayed animals, especially cats, enter the premises on their own. Please avoid using hotel ware, china or towels to treat them.
Animation- entertainment
Please keep an eye to the hotel's entertainment boards or ask the reception for more information.
Check out
Check out time is 11.00 o'clock. The Reception will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time around the hotel.
Doctor
There is a Doctor available on call.
Should you need medical assistance please contact the Reception Desk.
Drugstore-Pharmacy
You can find the closest pharmacy at Pyli Village or Tigkaki.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping visits your room daily, except for Sundays when we provide a mini service.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, free of charge. Aegean Bay is the network name.
Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Please provide any items you may want washed and / or ironed to our Reception Staff. Once washed, the item can be collected from the Reception. The hotel does not accept delicate fabrics such as silk.
Long chairs and umbrellas
Long chairs and umbrellas are free of charge in the pool area. Please note that sunbeds may not be reserved with the use of a towel or any other item. Such items will be removed by staff and can be collected from the Reception desk.
Mail
Postage stamps can be collected from the reception desk. Our staff will happily collect your stamped item to be sent out.
Pool
The use of the pool is allowed from 10:00am to 18:00.
RULES & REGULATIONS
No diving is allowed in the pool.
Reservations with towels is not allowed.
Only plastic glasses are allowed around the pool area.
Public Transport
Please ask reception desk for more information about local bus service to nearby towns. Bus stop is found on the main road of Marmari.
Room Key
Please notice that the room key is a magnet and you should avoid any contact or place it together with your watch or credit cards. Room keys need to be placed in socket next to room entrance in order for the room to have electricity.
Do not forget to leave the room key at the Reception Desk at your departure
Room Towels
Please be advised that you are not allowed to take any of the room's towels to the pool or to the beach.
Pool Towels
Pool towels may be collected from the reception desk at a deposit of 20euro per week per towel, if you wish to have your pool towels cleaned during your stay there is a 5euro cleaning fee.
Safe Box
For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you lock all your valuables, travel documents, etc..., in a safe.
Safe deposit boxes are installed in your rooms and can be used free of charge.
Attention: The Hotel Management does not accept responsibility for the loss of any item from the rooms.
Do not forget to leave the safety deposit box open upon your departure
Safe Box Instructions
To set the user code:
- Press the red button on the inside of the door while it's open, the yellow light will be on, please input the user code in 30 seconds (3-8 digits), then press "A" or "B" to finish.
- If the yellow light keeps on flashing with beeps it means that the code is wrong.
To change the user code please repeat above.
If the safe box is already closed, ask for the key from the reception.
When you check-out,please leave the door of the safe box open.
Safety Precautions.
As a safety precaution however we do recommend that you keep your room locked at all time.
Please refrain from giving your room number to strangers.
In case you lose your Entry Key please inform the Reception IMMEDIATELY.
Please be informed that you are NOT ALLOWED to welcome NON-HOTEL GUESTS in your room
Smoking
Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in rooms. Smoking in rooms is forbidden and a penalty of €50.00 will be charged.
Taxi on call
Taxis can be called from the Reception Desk.
Room Furniture and Facilities
Please do not remove room furniture and facilities from the room. Any damage or losses may inccur extra charges.
In case of emergency
We urgently request that you familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency exits, fire alarm system and fire extinguisher as well including the following Safety Instructions.
Please try to observe the points en route to your room:
Locate the nearest emergency exit to your room. Locate the nearest fire alarm and fire extinguisher.
What to do if you notice fire:
If there is fire or smoke in your room, leave immediately. If you are in the corridor activate the nearest fire alarm. Alarm buttons are installed in all corridors. If possible, close all doors near the fire so that it cannot spread. Please do not take any personal risk, only attempt to put out small fires with the aid of an extinguisher, if safe to do so. In case of a large fire, leave building immediately. Please keep calm!
If you notice a fire, please remember the following points:
- Call reception if you can
- Close all windows and doors
- Keep calm
What to do if the alarm is given while you are in your room:
- Leave your room immediately!
- Lifts should not be used in the event of fire.
- The emergency staircase is available as an emergency exit route.
- Fire doors close automatically but remain operational for rescue purpose
If you leave your room to go to the nearest emergency exit, please proceed as follows:
- Carefully open the door and establish whether there is smoke in the corridor
- If only a little smoke is visible, make your way as rapidly as possible to the next emergency exit!
- If it is dark, feel your way along the wall and count the doors to the emergency exit!
- Proceed in a crouched position, as the air on the ground is better than on higher levels!
- Never try to go through thick smoke!
- Don't use the elevators!
- Always remember to be calm!
What to do if you cannot leave your room
- Call the reception and inform of your situation
- Remain in your room, if exit is blocked, this is the safest place to be
- Place wet towels and sheets against the foot of the door to prevent smoke from entering your room.
- Take the curtains down, if the fire reaches the window from outside at least no material will be set alight
- Keep wastepaper baskets ready for use as buckets so that you can keep towels and sheets at the door wet
- Make yourself noticeable and wave a sheet at the window as a signal to Fire brigade that your room is occupied
- Remain close to the floor
- Cover your mouth and nose with a damp cloth to ease breathing
- Do not break any windows unless necessary
- Closed windows help to prevent draughts of air feeding the fire
- Consider your actions carefully and remain calm

Please refrain from smoking in bed and do not empty hot ash into the trash can.
Do not use your own cooking and heating appliances
